Your Personal Music (over 15,000 created) is composed by Arden Wilken of INNER SOUND (est. 1978), an original system of sound therapy & therapeutic music.

HOW IS IT CREATED? After learning some details about you and what you wish to change, she improvises 15 minutes of therapeutic piano music to help make it happen.

Your Personal Music will be delivered digitally as a .flac audio file along with listening instructions. It can be created for an individual, family, group theme for anything desired. The photo is a group Personal Music meditation in the south of England from the 1980's.

What is the purpose of Your Personal Music?

The purpose of Your Personal Music is to provide you with a platform to discover, explore, and connect with the world of therapeutic music. Our goal is to be a resource for anyone who wishes a specialized, personal therapeutic music experience.

How is Your Personal Music different from other relaxation music?

Your Personal Music stands out from other therapeutic or relaxation music because of the research and experience that has gone into to its creation since 1978 and the results achieved by the thousands of listeners. Not only is Arden's music unique, but it is recorded with SSRS (Spectrum Sound Resonance System), psychoacoustic effects created by Jack Wilken, that enhance the therapeutic effect of the music.

Why don't you stream Your Personal Music on other platforms or deliver it as an MP3 audio file?

High fidelity, full spectrum music is extremely important to our health and well-being. MP3 audio files, normally what is found on the web and on most streaming services, is not, being compressed with frequencies deleted to make the files smaller. We refuse to compromise our health and those of our listeners by delivering anything less than full spectrum. We use flac audio files which are slightly compressed, making them smaller in size, but no therapeutic value is lost.
